Remodeling Project Manager
Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate interior remodeling and renovation projects from inception to completion. ResponsibilitiesLead planning, scheduling, and execution of residential remodeling projects (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry).Manage budgets, vendor procurement, permitting, and subcontractor coordination.Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction throughout the project.Collaborate with in-house designers to align design intent with practical build strategies (including leveraging 3D renderings).Supervise onsite construction, maintain quality control, and handle punch lists.Ensure compliance with local building codes and permitting processes.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years in project management within residential remodeling, design-build, or construction.Strong familiarity with kitchen/bath remodels, cabinetry, and home renovation workflows.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient with project software, scheduling tools, and documentation.Client-focused approach with an eye for detail and quality.Education in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent experience preferred.DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCollaborative Culture: Partner daily with our talented designers, carpenters, and trade professionals to bring clients’ visions to life.Company Vehicle & Gas Card: We cover your travel—no out-of-pocket expenses.Comprehensive Benefits: Retirement account with company match, medical, dental, and vision coverage.Why Join Revived Interiors?For more than 30 years, homeowners across the Des Moines metro have selected Revived Interiors for custom, high-end remodeling transformations.
