Department: Interiors Reports To: Director of Interior Design or Manager of Interior Design Leads the design and execution of complex interior projects across commercial, government, and hospitality sectors. Performs all responsibilities of Interior Designers I–III.Leads projects from concept through construction administration.Develops creative design concepts, space plans, and finish selections aligned with client goals.Produces and oversees Revit documentation (plans, elevations, details, 3D views).Creates client-facing visual presentations (renderings, mood boards, finish palettes).Presents design solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.Ensures compliance with codes, accessibility, and safety standards.Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal/external teams.Prepares specifications, material selections, and cost estimates.Supports bidding, negotiations, and construction administration activities.Conducts site visits and post-occupancy evaluations.Provides mentorship and quality control for junior staff.Maintains strong client relationships and delivers projects on time and within budget.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.11+ years of experience, preferably in commercial, government, or hospitality design.Required Skills: NCIDQ certification preferredSoftware:

The role of Senior Interior Designer requires a broad range of capabilities and experiences to apply knowledge and insight to building design, project execution, and client management. • Ability to build strong relationships with clients for loyalty and future work • Understanding and ability to provide and/or oversee construction contract administration services • Understanding of the relationship between design and construction costs • Ability to work with other project managers for business success • Ability to lead and coordinate with engineers and other consultants to deliver a fully integrated design where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Interior Designer with a salary range of $82,900.00 - $129,100.00 .
