The Interior Design Coordinator supports the Selections department by processing interior design selections and change orders for inventory homes. This role involves collaborating with design teams, maintaining selection matrices, and assisting with the curation of materials for residential projects.
This role ensures design, consistency, brand alignment, and timely execution of Florida projects, while also supporting Texas model home designs when needed. Primary Responsibilities (Florida Division): • Liaison between the Model Homes department and the Florida outsource design companies supporting Florida model home design and installation • Coordinate design direction, selections, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with Perry Homes standards • Travel to Florida as needed to coordinate design direction, oversee implementation, and conduct site visits. • Must be willing to travel locally and in other markets for model home installations.
