Provides design services to customers, including shop drawings, specifications, dimensions, details, and hardware related to Teknion Wall product. Attend client meetings as requested by Sales or PM, present plans and information to customers for review & approval.Develop shop drawings for client/architect approval and sign off.Develop hardware package for client sign off.Develop project specification and reviews against plan; gets BOM order entry ready, and spec checks before order.Manage changes and revisions.Upload current working version of plan with dimensions to PlanGrid for site surveyor.Utilize PlanGrid to calculate ceiling heights and ensure all dimensions are aligned from site to drawing.Develop installation package.Assist PM with punch list as needed.Provide list pricing for projects and change orders.Maintain detailed and extensive project documentation, including records of all key decisions, phone conversations, approvals, sign offs, and notes from all project meetings.Assist with maintaining a project log which includes any change orders and back charges along with general project information.
