Leading the design and sales process with clients and project team. Skills you have: Degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or housing design Five+ years' experience in residential home, kitchen, and bath design, including cabinetry Two or more years of sales experience, with a proven sales track record, seasoned closing skills and the ability to cultivate and grow your lead pool Understanding of the construction process- a background in residential construction preferred Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and stick to a timeline Well-developed customer service and client interaction skills A strong portfolio of built design work
