In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the excellence of a project’s design. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with and act as a liaison between all involved parties to understand and bring to life the vision of our clients. You’ll have direct involvement with all aspects of the design and documentation process, including preparing and presenting construction drawings, coordinating details and dimensions, developing design concepts, renderings, and working on projects in all design phases.

We are Seeking Candidates with: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with interior design / interior architecture • Proficiency in Revit and rendering software • Understanding of construction process, materials, material costs, furniture, lighting, systems integration / coordination, time limits and production • Understanding how to assemble a construction document set for interior focused projects and detailing components within • Familiarity with Google Sktechup, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), and Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, multitask, problem-solve, and be adaptable per the client’s needs • Experience and desire to work on multiple workplace projects and lead projects.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to gain intellectual insight to the design process as well as work in varied stages of design. You'll work with Project Architects and project teams to manage client expectations and ensure design intent is accurately interpreted in documents.
