We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and proven leadership experience to join a collaborative, high-performing architectural and interior design team. This role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of design and construction, leading interior architecture and design efforts on a diverse range of project types including high-end residential, K-12 education, and healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead interior design and architectural projects through all project phases—from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and administration • Develop and present design concepts, detailing, and specifications with a strong emphasis on millwork, lighting, and high-quality finishes • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project vision, timelines, and budgets are met • Produce technical documentation in Revit, including detailed drawings, interior elevations, millwork, and finish schedules • Create compelling visual presentations using SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe InDesign • Manage consultant coordination, client communications, and project deliverables • Source FF&E, develop furniture layouts, and assist in preparing bids and budgets • Conduct site visits, document field conditions, and oversee design implementation during construction Qualifications: • 10+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • NCIDQ certification or Architect license strongly preferred • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp required; Adobe InDesign experience a plus • Demonstrated experience in high-end residential, K-12 education, or healthcare design • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement • Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth
