This position is ideal for a designer who is energized by the earliest stages of the design process—exploring ideas, developing concepts, and creating compelling visual narratives that shape transformative mixed-use and multifamily communities. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and a passion for thoughtful, design-driven architecture. Candidates should demonstrate strong design and problem-solving skills, excellent graphic and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design environment.

Demonstrated project management, exceptional creativity and leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of building technology and structures, and problem-solving skills required.

This position is ideal for a designer who is energized by the earliest stages of the design process—exploring ideas, developing concepts, and creating compelling visual narratives that shape transformative mixed‑use and multifamily communities. This role focuses on the conceptual and schematic phases of design, helping transform ideas into compelling design solutions through site planning, building design, massing studies, graphic presentations, and presentation‑quality packages.
