Lawrence Group's St. Louis office is seeking an experienced Design Professional with 1-3 years of architectural interior design or architectural experience in a professional office environment to join our Retail Design Studio This position will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse architectural projects across retail markets. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design Architecture, Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.1-3 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, with rapid project turnaround and timelines typically measured in weeks rather than months.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to various project types and locations.Membership in professional organizations related to interior design or architecture (e.g., IIDA, AIA) is a plus.
