Our Retail Team in the St. Louis office is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to support our national retail and professional services rollout clients. Candidate Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution • 15+ years of experience in a commercial or retail interior design/architecture firm • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Exceptional organizational, design, and communication skills • Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, detailing, and codes • Ability to juggle 40–50 active project deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for quality • Experience managing client relationships and adapting brand standards to various site conditions • Familiarity with national and regional accessibility codes (ICC, Chapter 11B, TAS, ADA) and life safety/fire separation standards • If you thrive in a collaborative, technically-focused environment and enjoy managing high-volume rollouts with a design-driven team, we’d love to hear from you! The Interiors team in the St. Louis Office is a seeking a candidate for a Senior Interior Designer position with 8-10 years’ experience, (particularly in the healthcare and higher education markets) starting immediately. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative and appropriate design solutions on healthcare and higher education projects, creating overall design concepts from inception to completion, including research, development of project presentations for client and business development opportunities, providing finish material selection/specifications, construction documents thru construction administration. Having multiple roles contributing as a member of a larger design team and at other times, acting as the primary design interface with clients and consultants.. Additional required skills are Collaboration with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach, advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Revit360, and Enscape are necessary. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic, with the ability to juggle multiple projects deadlines.
