A global hospitality leader in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Interior Design to oversee diverse luxury projects. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, and leading the creative direction of high-end hospitality spaces. Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of experience in interior design, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role, and proficiency in key design tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

The primary responsibility of the Director of Interior Design is to lead and drive the design development of assigned projects. • Prepare and present progress design development updates, space planning, layouts, elevations, and FFE selections to the corporate SVP Global Interior Design and VP Food & Beverage to obtain approvals for design milestones. • Domestic and International travel required. • 10+ years of experience in hospitality interior practices, with a minimum of 2 years in design management. • Extensive work experience in leading the design of high-end luxury hospitality spaces.

The primary responsibility of the Sr Manager – Interior Design is to manage the interior design process for new construction and capital expenditure projects as assigned, serve as a liaison between LVSC team members/owner and the design consultants. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct. • Review contract, scope of work, deliverables, schedule and budget with the Interior Design Consultant in conjunction with or as requested by the Project Manager to assure that all details of the contracted work are clear and will be executed in a timely manner. • Attend meetings with stakeholders as requested by the Project Manager to provide support, information and recommendations toward a collaborative resolution for the Project Manager to document and distribute clear concise direction to the design consultants. • Attend site meetings for the project as defined by the PM/PD at specific times in the construction when the interior design elements are mocked up or in a state of control sampling and require approval to launch the complete production, execution, and installation of materials and elements.· • Draft a Site Visit Report for everyday on site or for review of specific mockups, models and samples.
