Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually with salary + bonus. Primary Responsibilities: Fulfill role as a lead interior designer in the creation of presentations Provide solutions aligned with the client’s preferences Attend consultations with sales consultants in customer’s home Work in store with sales staff to identify design clients Present your design proposal to clients in the store Visit clients' homes to measure the space and gather information Attend qualifying design deliveries Requirements: MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related design degree Communication and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate with sales staff as well as clients
