A leading luxury brand is seeking a Sales Manager A&D for the East region, responsible for driving top-line sales through strategic relationships with interior designers and luxury builders. This remote position requires at least 5 years of sales experience in high-end projects and strong design knowledge. The role involves representing the brand at events, developing outreach strategies, and maintaining product knowledge. Competitive salary with a range from $96,800 to $149,100, plus performance bonuses and benefits from day one.

Under the direction of the Lead Interior Designer, the Interior Designer will support the design of new showrooms, showroom remodels, and tile and plumbing updates. They will be a key contributor on medium and large-scale projects and will be the design lead on small projects. • Assist in developing CAD floor plans, elevations, and details for new showroom environments, showroom remodels and updates. • Maintain comprehensive files and records of all design project correspondence, presentations, contracts and invoices. in interior design or architecture preferred.

Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI or Bristol, PA The Interior Designer will support the development and execution of visual merchandising and showroom design standards in coordination with Channel Marketing. Construction & Design Consulting • Create and update a master project schedule for all Kallista planned visual merchandising and showroom construction and renovations for the calendar year, including: • New merchandising roll-outs • Suite and vignette updates • New product presentation (i.e.display promotions) • Preparation of graphic representation, models, etc. Budgets • Schedules, including timelines for scope development, final design, bidding, product ordering, construction start and finish dates • Vendor Management • Quality standards • Project documentation to include specifications and design documents to support project content, goals and objectives • Final product and material list • Support ACT process related to showroom construction, renovation, lease renewal and visual display • Execute projects as needed by managers within the merchandising team • Other duties as required by supervisor • Participate in and document weekly status conference calls • Travel to job site(s) as required.
