Candidates will be responsible for activities related to the design, space planning,g and specification of systems furniture in collaboration with the design team, sales team, and project managers. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning meetingsPerforms programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, product pricing, design, and selection of finishes, including as-built drawings, block plans, test-fits, and finished working drawings for specification and installationCoordinates develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction plansValidates plans against construction, electrical engineering, and Architect & Design (A&D) drawing sets as well as physical build-outConsults with the project team on the layout, design, and space planning of furniture specificationsPrepares presentation material, including renderingsDevelops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans, assures specifications are ready for order entry, and manages changes and revisionsWorks with installers and project management to ensure installation meets customer specificationsTracks and records design hours for specific projects for job costing Must-Have Skills:employment experience at a design firm or dealership. Visual Impressions 2020 is a commercial interior partner that listens and understands how to support your organization's business goals. As an Interior Planning expert, you will be responsible for activities related to the design, space planning, and specification of systems furniture in collaboration with the design team, sales team, and project managers. • Consult with the project team on the layout, design, and space planning of furniture specifications. • Work with installers and project management to ensure installation meets customer specifications. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Construction, or Interior Architecture.

Design Team Lead/ INTERIOR DESIGNER Must haves: • Minimum 8 years in Interior design • Experience managing reports or in a lead/mentor role. • Proficient in CET Designer • Experience in CAP 2020 • Experience in Core, a plus • Work closely with design team on a daily basis to coach, motivate and guide. • Coordinate project load distribution/assign projects to design team members weekly • Ensure time management goals are being met by all designers • Implement processes and procedures • Participate in design staff annual reviews with the Managing Director and Director of Design.

Overview: We are looking for a project manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, performance quality, customer satisfaction, budget, and project administration for each assigned project. • Computer proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to manage and ensure the client's experience is positive. • Strong organizational skills to remember the important details of each project and scope of work. • Provide a single point of contact for customers throughout all project communications • Provide professional customer interface and client relations throughout the project • Ensure site measurements are accurate, and identify and manage the scope of all projects • Review all production information and drawings for accuracy • Prepare/coordinate installation quotes • Audit furniture specifications and drawings before order entry • Organize and review acknowledgments from all vendors to ensure accuracy and lead times • Coordinate project schedules and communicate installation dates with the install company and end users • Organize and submit change orders in conjunction with the Interior Designer • Stay in close touch with onsite personnel including construction, millwork, power, and networks • Maintain key project documentation, including documentation from customer requests/revisions • Provide timely, formal written communications throughout projects to end users and the internal project team • Obtain customer sign-offs, approvals, and formal paperwork at job completion • Ensure furniture solutions are installed to specifications and quality standards are met
