90-Day Performance Review: Opportunity for compensation adjustment to approximately $25–$28 per hour or $52,000–$58,000 annually, based on performance, skill development, initiative, and ability to take on additional responsibilities. This position will support a variety of residential and commercial interior design projects, working closely with senior designers, project managers, and the Principal.
