Staging Designer
As a staging designer, you will gain a variety of experiences in an exciting and fast-paced atmosphere. Job Responsibilities Be a team member and work with your project team on each specific projectAssist the designer in creating presentation drawings and selecting furniture itemsFrequent client presentations and meetings to develop design directionAssist in purchasing and tracking the status of new itemsTake survey dimensions and photosCreate CAD floor plans and elevationsManage the administrative side of the project from contract to final walk-throughOversee all site installation activities; be the point of contact for the logistics team and supervise assistants onsiteProduce final close-out documents including budget, inventory, and expensesCreate and manage purchase orders, art + custom pieces, and project timelines Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is preferredThe ideal candidate will have 4-5 years (or more) of professional work experience in residential or staging designA good foundation in materials, finishes, colors, and furniture selectionHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication, graphic and verbal presentation skills These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.
