Interior Architects

As a key member of IA's Design Intelligence team, the Design Technology Specialist Education & Training plays a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's digital design capabilities through both technology implementation and education. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Technologies, this role serves as a firmwide resource responsible for supporting the deployment and use of IA's design technology platforms, particularly Revit and associated tools, while designing and delivering training that promotes continuous learning and adoption across the firm. Education & Work Experience • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field required. Proven experience in software implementation, standards development, or digital workflow support. Experience in creating and delivering training content, webinars, or instructional materials preferred.

The Billing Specialist administers all aspects of the invoicing process including creating distributing and closing client invoices and vendor payments. • Make appropriate changes reclassifications codes expenses verifies and pays invoices receives and posts receipts reconciles balances and maintains records within financial systems and other repositories. • Assist with new project setup including billing and project folders maintain the integrity of time transfers review and research any unbilled time order certificates of insurance takes appropriate action with delinquent accounts and researches and resolves concerns or discrepancies. Required Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience. • Work Experience 3-5 years or more related business experience.

This role is pivotal in translating client goals, brands, and culture into powerful environments that are built around people, processes, technologies, and business drivers. The Junior Designer will work under the direct supervision of a more senior Designer or Project Manager, engaging in a variety of drafting and design tasks that contribute to the overall success of our projects. In this position, the Junior Designer will collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design ideas and may assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes. The Junior Designer will also support senior staff by verifying site details to enhance design accuracy and may participate in field surveying of client spaces. Responsibilities • Work with design team to develop design ideas , • Assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes , • Under supervision, develop preliminary space plans , • Assist and learn detailing , • Assist and learn the production of furniture & finish packages, along with cost estimating , • Assist senior staff with verification of site details to support design , • Assist in field surveying of client spaces , • Correct drawings red lined by others , • Support the team in collecting information for client assessment; may attend interviews, provide documentation support; developing skills working with Affinity program tool

This includes completing technical drawings under the direction of senior designers, developing design ideas in collaboration with the design team, and ensuring that engineering drawings comply with the design solutions. The Intermediate Designer will support the team in collecting information for client assessments and may attend interviews to provide documentation support. , • May provide suggested details for interior design projects at the direction of senior designers. , • Assists senior staff with verification of site details to support design. , • Intermediate interior architecture detailing skills.

A degree in architecture is preferred. On occasion individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.
