• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in space planning, furniture coordination, workplace planning, facilities projects, or corporate real estate. • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. This person will be brought on to support the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of workplace environments for a greenfield manufacturing campus. This role will be responsible for developing workplace standards, managing furniture and space planning activities, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring office and support spaces are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business requirements.

Duration: 6-month contract to hire Location: Cincinnati, OH- 3 days on site per week Pay: Junior- $34-45/hr Mid level- $45-57/hr This individual will be a contractor employee and will join the planning team. During this person’s day-to-day, they will undertake advanced professional work related to various planning assignments, including space and site planning, development of functional and programmatic requirements for projects, directing feasibility studies, and developing project solutions and alternatives.

Insight Global is seeking two entry-level Lighting Designers to support projects in Ocala and Tallahassee, FL. This client-facing role involves conducting field assessments, performing lighting designs, and working directly with residential and commercial customers. The position allows remote work with necessary travel for site evaluations, and collaboration with internal teams on permitting and approvals is expected. Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is beneficial. Mileage will be expensed or a company vehicle provided for fieldwork.

One of the primary projects the client is currently working on is the transition from 5G, where everything will run on FIOS. Required Skills & Experience: - 1-2 years of training at a technical school or equivalent experience - Diagrams, schematics, layouts, multi-view, and various drawings to scale in accordance with clients' requests. - Detailed design drawings and related specifications of civil/ electrical equipment according to engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape, and arrangement of parts.

This role plays a key part in optimizing space utilization by developing layout options, reorganization strategies, and occupancy solutions that align with evolving business needs. The Occupancy Planner also ensures the integrity of space data, including CAD floor plans, and provides utilization metrics to inform strategic decision-making. • Conduct site surveys, floor plan audits, and data collection to ensure space data accuracy and compliance with client standards. Required Skills and Experience: • Space planning experience (1-3 years) • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, operational environment • Experience with Archibus or other space management systems • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field -- equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
