We are looking for a Residential Interior Designer with a strong foundation in residential design who is ready to take meaningful ownership of the design process. Innovative Home Renovations (IHR) is seeking a talented Interior Designer to lead residential projects in Seattle. This is a unique opportunity where you will own the design direction, budget, and schedule while collaborating closely with clients and a skilled team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in high-end residential design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Chief Architect. We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000 and benefits including comprehensive health insurance.

This role blends interior furnishings design, operations, procurement coordination, customer experience, and division development. While this role oversees furnishings installations and coordinates closely with movers, installers, and trade partners, this is not a physically demanding installation role. Our Interior Furnishings division is an extension of the remodeling experience — helping clients thoughtfully complete and elevate their spaces through furniture, styling, décor, art, lighting, textiles, and finishing details.
