Renders conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings. Prepares and conducts client presentations. Responsible for keeping the project, or a phase of a project, on schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent 10 plus years' experience in interiors projects required.

Coordinates and/or undertakes the design development, production and delivery of projects, as a member of the project design team or on own projects. ensuring the incorporation of design intent. With direction from the project designer or more senior design technician, develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established standards. Assists team leader in ensuring that documentation for all phases conforms to QA/QC and HOK Best Practice Standards. Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
