Hoefer Wysocki Architecture • Assist in the preparation of contract drawings for new and alteration projects • Assist in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings • Assist in the preparation of design development drawings • Perform basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. Candidate must be a traditional or non-traditional student, currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program in the field of Interior Architecture or Interior Design who has completed 2 or more years in the program. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate a keyboard or computer mouse.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Experience with concept development, interior architecture, 3D modeling, ideation and planning & design • Interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Experience in marketing pursuits with a creative edge • Flexibility and agility to work on projects in a variety of locations • Some travel required A creative design portfolio is required.
