Five (5) years or more of interior design or architecture work experience.Interior design certification NCIDQ preferred.Technical proficiency in the use of Google SketchUp to effectively produce quality designs.Project development and manipulation of spaces using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.Experience creating 3D renderings, presentations, and other project visuals.Proficient in using Revit for project development.Technical experience using Bluebeam for project markups and QA/QC.Commitment to creative design with attention to detail. Experience interpreting and applying building codes and inspection requirements.Familiarity with ADA building requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
