Job Description: This Graduate Interior Design Assistant position presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on the role of helping undergraduate interior design students in, potentially in two sections of INT-4120. If you are good at multitasking and time management, and equipped with strong digital and hands-on design experience, then this opportunity gives you the chance to further develop your skills. Job Location/ Hours Required: The candidate MUST have a certified bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture. MUST be efficient with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, and ADOBE CC, software packages.

The Student Assistant will serve as a Social Media Coordinator for the Interior Design department at a university. The role involves creating content, managing social media platforms, and highlighting student and faculty work to promote the department.

The Interior Design Graduate Assistant will support undergraduate students by providing software instruction and design critiques in a studio setting. This role involves assisting with technical applications like Revit and AutoCAD while helping students develop their professional design skills.

The Department of Interior Design and Home Furnishings is housed in the dynamic School of Art and Design at High Point University. The department is expanding and requires the addition of a new adjunct instructor to help us deliver an innovative, rigorous Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree. The department also offers a minor in Visual Merchandising Design, and students greatly benefit from the school's relationship with the High Point Market, the largest furniture market in the world. The department houses a tech lab and a Center for Innovation maker-space.
