Create and maintain accurate residential project models and drawings in Chief Architect. Support the design team with space planning, product research, technical information, modeling, and revisions. Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Eugene, OR, responsible for overseeing residential design-build projects from planning through completion. This position manages project schedules, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, and ensures work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management for residential projects.Experience with Project Management and Project Coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in Budgeting, cost tracking, and managing change orders to keep projects on time and within financial targets.Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with clients, designers, trades, and suppliers.Comfort using project management and construction software (e.g., scheduling tools, digital plans, and documentation systems).Relevant experience in residential design-build or general contracting; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Hartford Home Design is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead residential interior design projects from kickoff through design completion, procurement, and construction handoff. The Design Project Manager owns the process, timeline, accountability, and quality of design project delivery, working closely with our Principal Designer/Creative Director and Technical Designer. Ability to balance design quality with schedule, budget, and scope. The Design Project Manager reports to the Principal Designer / Creative Director and works closely with the Technical Designer, Operations/Executive Coordinator, construction team, vendors, and trade partners. The Principal Designer owns overall creative direction and key design decisions.
