This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for design and construction and a commitment to delivering projects with excellence.Key Responsibilities:Project Management : Define project goals, budgets, and timelines; coordinate with clients to confirm understanding and alignment. Ability to listen and visualize the clients desired outcomes.Ethical Standards : Uphold company values, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all decisions and actions.Qualifications:Education : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ certification is a plus)Experience : Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.Skills : Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Microsoft 365).
