Project Architect - Mid-Rise

That value lies in our creativity, in bringing advanced knowledge to our work, and in the quality of the dialog and discourse that flows out of these ideas. The Project Architect (PA) is integral to the success of projects at GGLO. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for specific areas of the project design and development as assigned by project leaders • Responsible for developing project drawings, models, images, and documents as directed by project leaders • Understand design decisions and formulate these into presentations for discussion • Maintain meticulous documentation of design decisions and communications • Evaluate, record, and advise the project team on jurisdictional building codes and regulations • Maintain thorough knowledge of and compliance with GGLO procedures, technology, and standards • Assist where required in the coordination of the internal design team • Responsible for coordination and communication with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints • Remain current on evolving and innovative building technologies relative to mid-rise podium buildings • Mentor junior staff members and provide support and guidance as needed
