You will lead the • design, development, analysis, implementation, and validation • of complex interior lighting subsystems across multiple vehicle programs, working closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers. # • Key Responsibilities: • Lead design, development, analysis, implementation, and validation of complex • interior lighting subsystems • . • Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years • prior automotive engineering experience developing and executing technical solutions to support new vehicle programs. • Demonstrated ability in packaging components within vehicle systems, making tradeoffs when needed, and negotiating with cross-functional partners and suppliers.

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. We need someone with a considerable amount of perception, design taste, judgment and creativity as well as a high level of skill, accuracy, and coordination. You will be an integral part of the team that manages all work defining vehicle architecture and projects for future mobility concepts and strategy for new business opportunities. GM Design helps lead the work to redefine our business and disrupt the market, and the advanced design studio in North Hollywood is central to defining strategy.
