As an Interior Designer, this position will support the development and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion. Prepare, support, and/or manage project deliverables including but not limited to: concept design packages, renderings, drawings of all stages of design and construction. Other Skills: Ability to remain organized and manage multiple deadlines, project deliverables, and project teams. Demonstrates strong drive and motivation to excel in all work tasks and responsibilities. Minimum Qualification Requirements: To perform successfully in this position, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties above in a satisfactory manner.

We are looking for experienced project managers, architects and designers who want to work collaboratively within a team setting. We are looking for team members with a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, combined with creative design abilities. • Reviews plans and specifications of buildings and other structures for compliance with zoning, building, plumbing, electrical, fire, and health regulations. Experience will be considered in lieu of license. Base salary and title to commensurate with experience.

• Assists in site surveys to obtain information and other requirements for projects. • Assists in a variety of project-based administration duties as assigned. Education/Experience • A minimum of two years in a degree program, and still a current student in an interior design program is required. • Capable use of Adobe Products: Acrobat, In Design, and Photoshop is preferred. • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively in a team framework.
