You will visit homeowners, present flooring options, and close sales using a tablet-based showroom, building trust and repeat business. The role offers a strong base salary plus commissions, bonus opportunities, paid training, and flexible full-time hours including evenings and weekends. A company van and gas coverage are provided to support field work.

This role involves traveling to client homes in a mobile showroom to provide personalized flooring consultations and design advice. The consultant is responsible for managing the sales process, building relationships with homeowners, and helping them select flooring solutions that fit their space.

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requestsGo out to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their flooring projectFollow our Sales System using our devices and software (non-negotiable)Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager/Project ManagerAssist Office Manager/Project Coordinator with ordering of products (provide clarification on what needs to be ordered, as needed)Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothlyGo back to finished jobs on day of completion for final walk thru and pick up final paymentRe-visit finished jobs (5-10 days after) to inspect, take reference pictures and ask for referralsEngage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense) Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills.
