Fieldstone Architecture & Engineering

The Designer II - Interiors works in partnership with other Designers, Client Managers, Assistant Client Managers, Architects, Engineers, and CAD Technicians and are responsible for product and furniture selections/specifications and producing high quality design presentations and construction documentation using CAD/BIM software. The Designer II shall consistently produce high quality construction documentation and specifications in accordance with the project schedule and standards. • Develops professional and leadership skills within firm. • Responsible for assisting with the file management and documentation during the Construction Administration phase with responding to RFIs, COs, reviewing shop drawings and involvement in field visit reviews. • Work experience in an Interior Design industry related environment a plus.

Project Development & Documentation: • Assists other designers with ordering samples for projects and provides other design support as necessary. • Work experience in an Interior Design industry related environment a plus.

The Assistant Client Manager (ACM) works in partnership with the Client Manager (CM) to coordinate with Architects, Designers and Technicians, and is responsible for product quality as well as communication between clients and internal product and production teams. The ACM in partnership with the project coordinator oversees multiple projects to ensure completion of the project scope. • Communicate client standards. • Ensures that construction detail documentation conforms to FAE Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process. • Knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate that knowledge.
