Position Overview Elms Interior Design is a vibrant interior design firm focused on high-end residential projects. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end residential interior design. High proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, design, communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with the ability to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity while working with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities will include managing residential interior design projects; supervising and mentoring design team members; assisting in the development of design concepts, furniture, lighting, color palettes, and material selections; preparing and coordinating construction and design drawing sets; creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, proposals, and purchase orders; coordinating with contractors and vendors; managing procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules; and overseeing project construction administration and installations. Qualifications must include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design. This senior position has high client, contractor and vendor interaction while working collaboratively with the Principal and design team. Qualified candidates must possess advanced project management skills, be resourceful, detail oriented with a highly refined design sense, enthusiastic interpersonal communication skills, a client-centered focus and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities Include: -The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Principal Designer and will be responsible for managing other staff members -Manage multiple residential projects from conception to completion -Experience with and production of construction and design drawing sets -Contribute to the development of design concepts, color, lighting and all furnishings -Knowledge of all design processes, including FF&E, specifications, finish and material selections etc.
