Who You Are • Experience: You have 1-3 years of professional experience in high-end retail sales, fashion, interior design, or a similar luxury industry, with a proven track record of success. • Attributes: You are passionate about luxury products, interior design, and architecture. Your oral and written communication skills are excellent, with superior follow-through.

As a design assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the design team in all stages of the design process, from research and concept development to procurement and delivery. Duties and responsibilities; • Assist the design team in all stages of the design process, from concept development to final production • Create design concepts, layouts, build 3D modeling and collaborate with team members • Prepare mood boards, sketches, and illustrations to communicate design concepts • Assist with material sourcing, checking stock, pricing, lead times and maintaining up to date knowledge of suppliers • Procurement, tracking, and receiving of all approved design elements of the project • Management of all design development activities, including scheduling, specified materials, swatches and samples • Attend site visits with senior designers for initial meetings, site measurements, progress updates, deliveries and trade appointments • Professionally communicate with clients, vendors, fabricators, and contractors • Client and sales support for showroom customers Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture • 1-3 years’ experience • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Excellent oral and written skills with superior follow-through • Highly adaptable, resourceful, organized, with strong problem solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently If you are a creative individual with a passion for interior design and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
