This role focuses on the creative and technical aspects of interior design—delivering high-quality concepts, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about crafting functional, beautiful spaces across various sectors including education, hospitality, mixed-use and more.Key Responsibilities Listening to clients’ needs to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.Collaborate with project teams including architects and engineers to develop design concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed drawings.Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and material samples to communicate design ideas to clients.Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes.Produce technical drawings and documentation for design development and construction, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans.
