We are looking for an experienced individual in SketchUp, Revit, or Autocad To help draft our designs and plans. * Must be a creative thinker and have strong technical ability with various design techniques * Must be able to perform all Administrative duties required of the position in addition to Autocad / Revit *Associate or Bachelor degree preferred in related technical field Job Type: Full-time

Main Objective: To greet and sell merchandise to clients of CHD, as well as maintain the overall appearance of the Showroom Floor. · Maintain a professional appearance. · Assist Full Time Floor Associate to maintain showroom to keep the floor neat, safe and clean, fully staged and stocked. The Showroom Floor should be inviting and aesthetically appealing. · Assist Full Time Floor Associate to handle all paperwork and computer entry from point of sale to delivery (to include all floor sales as well as any special orders.)

- Assist with the Design Team and Delivery Department for delivery service sheets of an estimate of how long an install will take. If any items received that are damaged, start an initial claim process (may need to get with Claims Department) - Receive any incoming inventory or special order items with claims - Start initial claim on any stock/inventory items - Review with Design Team or Delivery Department on any questions regarding deliveries/ installations - Informs staff if any items coming back to the WHS; it needs to be tagged and provide reasoning (be sure to inform design team if they are not present) - Tagging inventory and scheduling quarterly inventory counts.
