Ability to create professional service fees and strong knowledge of the proposal generation process/procedures. Knowledge of local real estate market, brokers, PM groups, and others that typically request services of Carrier Johnson + Culture Participation within social media campaigns promoting Carrier Johnson + Cultures reach and connections Ability to form a design opinion that is adapted into a marketing campaign to promote the firm at large Creative writing skills and the ability to relay a design concept statement to marketing for the creation of promotional materials and project data sheets.Responsibilities for this position include the following: Coordinating construction administration and conducting technical research that encompasses research, development, and implementation of plans and designs of commercial and residential interior environments to enhance the function and quality of interior spaces, thereby increasing productivity and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the general public. Delivering the highest quality of professional serviceSpecifically, the Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager is capable of performing any or all of the following services under the guidance of a Principal:Programming Identifying and analyzing the client's needs and goals Ability to conduct a client vision session to determine design quantitative and qualitative requirements. Understanding of the client's brand standards and how they apply/enhance the design solution Evaluating existing documentation and conditions Assessing project resources and limitations Identifying life, safety, and code requirements Analyzing design objectives and spatial requirements Coordinating with consultants and other specialists when required by professional practice or regulatory approval Ability to create a design Cartoon Set to ensure that project team is clear on design deliverables and presentation materials.Conceptual Design Formulating preliminary plans and design concepts for client discussion and approval that appropriately describe the character, function, and aesthetic of a project. Coordination of specialty project consultants with specific roles and responsibilities that impact the design development of the project.Contract Documents Preparing working drawings and specifications for non-load bearing interior construction, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for client's approval.
