Reporting to Regional Practice Directors, you will work closely with Office Practice Leaders and Business Practice Directors (in offices where there are Business Practice Directors) to implement our firm's commercial, legal and process practices across the region. In this capacity, you will have primary responsibility for one of the "areas of focus" outlined below across the region. In this capacity, you will focus on regional alignment, resource optimization, process standardization, and staff development initiatives. Importantly, you will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, responsible for demonstrating how our Living-Centered Design ethos comes to life in our culture and in the way we partner with clients across the region. • We are committed to ensuring our practice provides equal opportunities for all employees, as we strive to connect with communities around us and focus on the future of design.

• Coordinate design work, standards and code compliance within the team under limited direction from Senior Interior Designer. • Assist in project planning and follow through of work plans/budgeting. • Assist in and lead client meetings, as requested. • Travel as required. • Provide leadership to the client and project team in establishment of the project goals and vision. • Lead the design development of the project’s goals through all phases of the project (the Pursuit, Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Design, Construction Administration). • Experience leading a high performing team is preferred.
