The Interior Design Lead also plays a key role in advancing the firm's interior design practice through quality standards, staff development, and business development initiatives. Partner with internal Project Managers on fee development, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for interior design services. Experience with visualization software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar platforms is preferred, but not required.
