This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of design projects, implementing and improving internal design processes, and overseeing the work of junior team members. • Develop functional design layouts that meet client needs and comply with building codes and regulations. • Regularly report project updates to clients, Design Director, and the internal team, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, budgets, and project scopes. • Experience in working with subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities. • Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
