Our studio blends creative vision with a highly collaborative process to craft spaces that are thoughtful, refined, and deeply personal. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Studio Assistant to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Studio Operations Assist with the sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials Write FFE specifications Track and manage orders, deliveries, and vendor communications Organize and maintain the materials library and sample inventory Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for quotes, lead times, and pricing Support the team with general studio organization and administrative tasks Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and clients Organize studio tasks Design & Technical Support Assist in preparing client presentations and design documentation Help maintain project files, schedules, and documentation Support the design team with product research and mood board development Strong knowledge of Revit is required Measure and draw existing conditions of projects in Revit Marketing & Social Media Assist in content creation for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) Draft newsletters, blog posts, or case studies for marketing campaigns Update and maintain website content as needed Organize and archive project photography and assets Qualifications Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Degree, pursuit of a degree, or prior training in interior design or architecture Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles Basic design software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
