Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Minimum 15+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects • Proficiency in interior design software, including Revit, Enscape, and SketchUp, and Adobe Suite applications and products from them • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, tracking labor costs to ensure profitability and quality of products • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated leadership abilities, negotiation skills, dispute resolution skills and experience managing design teams • Commitment to sustainable design practices and their implementation • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects AECOM is the global infrastructure leader, committed to delivering a better world. The Architecture / Interiors Project Lead will support our Interiors group for New York Metro and beyond, leading teams to develop design documentation for Interiors projects (Interior Architecture and Design) from concept through construction administration.
