This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, clients, and vendors. · Project Oversight: Work closely with the principal designer, project manager, and the design team to coordinate and oversee various aspects of high-volume design projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. · Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by effectively liaising with designers, architects, builders, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and to ensure design concepts can translate into functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the luxury design industry, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-volume environment. This position works closely with principal designer, Amanda Lantz, the design team, and outside vendors and contractors. · Budget Oversight: Manage project items, monitor expenses, and work closely with the procurement & logistics manager and accounting to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
