We are looking for a Project Interior Designer to lead the development of interior environments that prioritize spatial harmony, materiality, and user experience. Provide technical leadership and oversight for large, complex, or multiple interior design projects.Lead BIM/Revit design development and construction documentation, ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution.Collaborate closely with project leaders and design teams to translate concepts into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions.Oversee consultant coordination, document production, and QA/QC processes.Manage client goals, budgets, schedules, and technical scope in partnership with the Principal in Charge.Ensure compliance with building codes, agency requirements, and firm technical standards.Mentor and delegate to Interior Designers, coaching staff in documentation, organization, and professional growth.Utilize advanced tools and technology to elevate design quality and project delivery.Contribute to proposal content and support marketing efforts with work that reflects design excellence.
