Home Stager/Home Decorating

We are a local home staging company and have been in business for over 20 years. We are looking for a home stager/interior decorator and hope to find someone with amazing organizational skills, a mindset for safety, and attention to detail. This is a very physical job and will sometimes require the ability to go up and down stairs. Duty Statement: 45% - Gathering/packing knick knacks and loading them into the trailer. Unloading the bins at the home and staging the required rooms. Some cleaning at the warehouse/homes which includes wiping down furniture items. Organizing the knick knacks on the shelves by category. 25% - You will spend a lot of time driving around town. You may occasionally pull an 18ft cargo trailer with a Toyota Tundra, training will be provided. 20% - Moving Furniture from one house to another. You will sometimes move furniture from the warehouse to the home we are staging. You will load everything up in the cargo trailer using the process we have set in place. Most of the furniture we purchase is light in weight. 10% - You will be hanging artwork and mirrors that have been set in place. Towards completion you will be loading up the trailer with items we chose not to use. Some of these tasks are completed by the other team members, however this ability to complete these tasks is necessary. The main task is to decorate, but we are looking for someone who is a go getter and willing to pitch in wherever it's needed.
