We are growing our Operations team and have an opening for a full-time Commercial Furniture Technician/Installer. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with team assistance or equipment.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, crouch, and kneel for extended periods throughout the workday.Must be able to ascend/descend stairs and ladders and navigate unfinished, uneven, or cluttered job sites safely.Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively for assembly and installation tasks.Must be able to read and interpret floor plans, installation drawings, and written instructions.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as work may involve travel between customer sites.Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor sites, buildings under construction or renovation, and spaces without climate control.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. This role keeps our Knoxville showroom polished and client-ready, provides organized, proactive support to our leadership team, and serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls. The Coordinator plays a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and helping host company and client events, and supports our other showroom locations as needed. Pricing & Contract Specialist

Our Culture Vendor Communication & Pricing Coordination • Request pricing estimates from manufacturers and suppliers for standard and custom products • Confirm all applicable discounts, special pricing agreements, promotional pricing, and contract programs (e.g., GSA, state/NASPO, national accounts) • Maintain timely communication with vendor reps to ensure accurate and complete pricing information • Monitor pricing updates and communicate changes to the sales team Small-Cap Project Coordination • Coordinate small-scale furniture projects from quote approval through completion • Prepare purchase orders and verify accuracy of product specifications before order submission • Track order acknowledgments, lead times, and shipping status; communicate updates to internal teams and clients • Serve as a central point of contact for installers, vendors, and clients for scheduling and coordination • Assist with resolving minor field issues, freight discrepancies, damages, or replacement needs • Ensure projects meet timelines, budget expectations, and dealership quality standards Cross Department Collaboration • Work closely with sales, design, project management, and procurement teams to clarify scope and ensure accurate pricing and coordination • Support sales representatives with pricing insights, vendor updates, and project status reports • Collaborate with installation teams to schedule delivery and installation for small-cap projects What You Bring • Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or related field preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication and organizational skills for vendor, client, and internal team coordination • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to read design drawings, floor plans, or product specifications is a plus
