Essentially overseeing their projects, managing any change orders created to ensure workflow is followed from the first point of contact to completionOn site estimatingCreate, prepare, and provide accurate 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients using 2020, CAD, or equivalent design softwareCreate and present proposals to their clientsEffectively contracting proposals presented to their clientsClear and precise communication with clients, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desiredMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantLocal area marketing and networking Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.Proficient in 2020, CAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.

Interior Designer / Project Manager We have an immediate full time, permanent position available for an experienced residential and commercial Interior Designer / Project Manager... Responsibilities • Individual will assist existing and future clients with all facets of their projects • Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Product selections • Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desired • On site estimating • Create and prepare attractive 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients • Create proposals for clients • Effectively contract client proposals • Oversee their projects from the first point of contact to completion. • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Local area marketing and networking Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field • Proficient in 2020, Excel, and Microsoft Office software • Strong creative and communication skills • Ability to execute and meet deadlines • ASID certification beneficial • Extensive knowledge and experience with hard and soft window treatments, floor covering, custom countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, and complete home renovation / remodeling

This is a permanent, full time position for an experienced residential and commercial Interior Designer/Project Manager with extensive knowledge of window treatments, floor covering, custom countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, and complete home renovation / remodeling. Knowledge of and ability to use 20/20 software is required. Individual will assist their clients with all facets of... their projects; Product selections, job site estimating, design rendering, provide clients proposals, coordination of installation, essentially overseeing their projects from the first point of contact to completion. Weekly schedule is a combination of time spent in and out of the showroom working with their clients, marketing the surrounding area, as well as attending area networking events in order to generate new clients.
