Interior Designer / Project Manager We have an immediate full time, permanent position available for an experienced residential and commercial Interior Designer / Project Manager... Responsibilities • Individual will assist existing and future clients with all facets of their projects • Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Product selections • Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desired • On site estimating • Create and prepare attractive 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients • Create proposals for clients • Effectively contract client proposals • Oversee their projects from the first point of contact to completion. • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Local area marketing and networking Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field • Proficient in 2020, Excel, and Microsoft Office software • Strong creative and communication skills • Ability to execute and meet deadlines • ASID certification beneficial • Extensive knowledge and experience with hard and soft window treatments, floor covering, custom countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, and complete home renovation / remodeling Salary and benefits based upon experience.
