Interior Designer / Project Manager

This is a permanent, full time position for an experienced residential and commercial Interior Designer/Project Manager with extensive knowledge of window treatments, floor covering, custom countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, and complete home renovation / remodeling. Knowledge of and ability to use 20/20 software is required. Individual will assist their clients with all facets of... their projects; Product selections, job site estimating, design rendering, provide clients proposals, coordination of installation, essentially overseeing their projects from the first point of contact to completion. Weekly schedule is a combination of time spent in and out of the showroom working with their clients, marketing the surrounding area, as well as attending area networking events in order to generate new clients. Salary and benefits based upon experience. Responsibilities • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications • Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute
