The Design Sales Assistant is a client-facing, design-focused support role. This position is often the first point of contact for walk-in clients and plays a critical role in helping clients begin their material selection process before handing off project details to a Design Sales Consultant. Director of Design (Residential Construction) This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and construction teams to create custom home designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while also aligning with the company's vision and goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the design team to deliver exceptional residential projects. • Utilize Chief Architect and AutoCAD software to create detailed design plans and drawings. • Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and design principles.
