Role Description The Showroom Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, including client and trade outreach, maintaining trade accounts, production calendar in a candidate that is organized, and visually aligned with Studio OSKLO’s design standards. The coordinator greets and assists visitors, responds to inquiries, provides product information, and supports sales conversations with clients, designers, and trade partners. Daily tasks include managing appointments, tracking inventory, preparing samples, coordinating wholesale and trade orders, and updating showroom materials and price lists. The role collaborates closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to support client experience, order follow-up, and accurate documentation in internal systems. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.Demonstrated Customer Service abilities with a focus on hospitality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.Experience working in Showrooms or similar client-facing environments, with an understanding of visual merchandising and product presentation.Background in Sales and Wholesale, including supporting trade accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Comfortable using office and inventory management software; proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and shared calendars.Interest in interior design, furniture, or luxury goods; prior experience in design or home industry is a plus.Ability to stand, move materials, and maintain showroom standards throughout the workday.Prior experience in a coordination, front-of-house, or furniture or gallery sales role preferred.
