Showroom / Administrative Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Showroom Coordinator to support our Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting showroom. This role serves as the organizational hub for active projects while providing overall showroom support and maintaining project documentation from beginning to completion. This is not a direct sales position but requires an overall understanding of our products and services. Primary Responsibilities: Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments. Maintain a welcoming showroom experience. Learn company brands, products, and services. Create and maintain project files within Houzz. Organize client information, quotes, specifications, and supporting documents. Ensure project documentation remains complete and organized. Track project milestones including deposits, orders, ETA dates, deliveries, and installations. Assist with payment scheduling and project timeline management. Review and proof-check cabinetry orders prior to submission. Assist with pre-order field measurements and verify dimensions. Maintain sample inventory and sign-out tracking. Organize and maintain catalogs and manufacturer resources. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable learning software and systems. Team-oriented mindset. Experience in cabinetry, design, construction, project coordination, or related fields preferred. Houzz experience is a plus but not required.
